What you’ll need:
- 2 peeled, seeded red apples, sliced in 8 pieces
- 4 cups gold potatoes, peeled and 1-inch curling pieces
- 1 cups carrots, cut into 1/2-inch curling pieces
- 3 cups butternut squash, sliced into 1-inch curling pieces
- 3 cups sweet potatoes, cut into one 1/2-inch cube
- 2 cups white sweet potatoes, cut into one 1/2-inch cube
- 2 cups red onion sliced into 1/2-inch wedges
- 16 2-inch sprigs of fresh thyme
- sprigs coarsely ripped fresh curly-leaf parsley
- 1/2 cup more virgin lime oil
- 1 tsp fine sea salt (distributed)
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes, crushed
Soak potato, butternut squash, red potatoes, and white potatoes for 10-15 minutes in separate containers before draining. In a huge mixing dish, mix the vegetables and olive oil. Toss to cover evenly. 3/4 teaspoon sea salt, red pepper flakes, and thyme sprigs are added. Spread the veggies in a 12×18 inch rimmed sheet pan and bake for 20 to 30 minutes in a heated oven (400 degrees F). Stir and bake for 30 minutes, or until the veggies are golden and soft. Move to a plateful dish and mix it with the rest of sea salt and parsley.
Grilled Sea Bass with Butter and Sea Salt
What you’ll need:
- 1 kilogram of sea bass
- 3 garlic cloves, sliced
- 1 of a cup of butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil (additional virgin)
- 2 tablespoon of Italian, sliced, flat-leaf parsley
- a 1/2 spoons of salt
- a 1/4 little spoons of garlic powder
- a 1/4 little spoons of fine snashed onions
- Season with paprika to taste
